Hey everyone, 

After a bit of encouragement from one of my kung fu friends here in Sydney, I made a short video about what is probably the rarest Shaolin form I know (in that not many people practice it anymore), Lao Ben Chui.

It's quite a cool form aimed at unarmed combat in armour- so kind of like the Shaolin version of Jiu Jitsu, but less joint locking and more Hulk smashing! Hence the click baity thumbnail and pro level photoshopping 😛

It has some interesting mechanics which are different from standard Shaolin too which is pretty cool.

Haha, yep. There might be something on Chinese video sites, not sure, but I've never seen anything about it online in English
